Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 8–15 business days
- Canada & Europe: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the world: 12–25 business days
Please note these are estimates. Occasional delays due to customs or carrier conditions may occur.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through our website or the carrier's site.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
Lost or Stolen Packages Auralis is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to assist you.
